Due to the perishable nature of our mountain water and iced teas, all beverage sales are final and cannot be returned. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out so we can murder your thirst and make things right.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Haul
Check your package immediately upon delivery to ensure your cans aren't mangled or leaking from their journey.
- 2.Snap Evidence
If your order is damaged or you received the wrong flavor, take a clear photo of the damage and the shipping label.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the photos of your damaged goods.
- 4.Await Your Sacrifice
Once we verify the damage, we will ship out a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
